Oleg Igorevich Krassov ((ロシア語:Олег Игоревич Крассов); 26 November 1952 ) is a doctor of Juridical Science, Professor, Master of Laws. He was born on November 26, 1952 in Moscow. ==Education== He entered Lomonosov Moscow State University Faculty of Law in 1970 and graduated in 1975. He studied full-time at the graduate school of the Institute of State and Law, Academy of Sciences of the USSR, from 1975 to 1979. He defended the candidate’s dissertation on the “Legal Regime of the State Forestry Fund Lands” (thesis supervisor – I.A. Ikonitskaya, Senior Researcher) on January 23, 1979. The defense took place at the Institute of State and Law, Academy of Sciences of the USSR.〔(The Faculty of Law of Moscow State University )〕 He defended the doctoral thesis on the “Right to Forest Use in the USSR” in 1991.
